PARTNER SELECTION
Today a growing number of companies want to diversify their operations by taking advantage of new export opportunities. In order to make this successful, having the right local business partner is a must.
A strong local network is essential on the way to success. Know-whom is of equal importance as Know-how. Latin American business people can have a more opportunistic approach than their European counterparts. Disadvantages of this characteristic can only be avoided when doing things without rushing and when knowing whom you are dealing with. We act as your eyes and ears to find the best partner to do business with. One of the strong benefits is that it allows our clients to save time and money and to focus on their core business. It includes the search (market scan), screening and eventual selection of potential business partners. Together we bridge the possible gaps between the reality of local business practices and your expectations.
> M&A

> Trade missions
We organize specific trade missions to enable companies to make a faster entry into a new market. Given the different local circumstances as language, social and business customs, the absence of colleagues and the relatively unknown country or city geographics, our clients are very pleased to have a personal consultant at their side at all times, helping them to get the maximum benefit out of their stay.

In view of these changes, different models of representation should be considered. We are familiar with various different business models and provide you with local presence in an increasingly interesting part of the world.
A continent that shows sustainable economic growth, where domestic demand is rising due to a rapid increase in consumer income and where consumers have a preference for Western quality products produced in Europe and the USA.
More than just consultants, we consider ourselves to be a strategic partner that can be involved in your business. Thanks to that involvement, we are even more willing to turn your business into a success.

STARTING UP A BUSINESS
Our network helps you transforming your idea from concept to reality.
Starting a business in a new country is quite a challenge. A good knowledge of the language and local practices of the place where you want to do business is absolutely crucial. Due to local conditions this is often much easier said than done. For instance, Latin America tends to have a less organized, more laid back culture and Spanish and Portuguese are by far the predominant languages. Patience, perseverance and a good sense of humor are key factors.
> Opening a new office
When opening an office abroad, an enormous amount of paperwork is required before really being able to start. Even more so in case of a partnership with a local party, due diligence is key and contractual agreements will have to be thoroughly outlined in detail.
It can be quite complex and time consuming to find out where and how to register your company. Moreover, it is important to be informed on the idiosyncrasies of local law for each specific sector where you will be operating in. For example, importation taxes can differ greatly between states and nations. Together with our strategic alliances we help you to get the right information and answers, meanwhile assisting you with the selection of a strategic office location.

INVESTMENT SERVICES
As a result of the global economic turmoil many international investors are currently looking at Latin America in search for greener pastures for their investments. And for good reasons:
The Latin American economies have shown significant growth throughout the latest years and have therefore become more and more interesting for foreign investment. Next to vast natural and agricultural resources, the domestic demand in Latin America is also steadily increasing. Furthermore, because of the maturing of local financial markets and as a result more stable macroeconomic policies, Latin America has become a favorable destination for foreign investment. The mixture of an increasing global necessity for agricultural and natural resources and favorable local market conditions makes Latin America a very attractive and promising region for foreign investment for the next decennia.
Access Latin America has strong ties and partnerships with local investment experts in different branches and has taken stakes in several projects, such as real estate, mining and renewable energy projects throughout Latin America.
